The Director of FPA will play a pivotal role in building the future of Honor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading critical company-wide financial processes including annual budgeting, monthly PL reviews, forecast updates, preparation for quarterly board meetings, and headcount and opex approval processes. By leveraging data, analyzing financial performance, and applying creative thinking, you will identify opportunities, inform prioritization of key initiatives, and ensure that Honor’s resources are aligned to the company’s strategic priorities and that we’re operating with both efficiency and purpose. This is a key leadership position with frequent senior executive interaction and full company visibility.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.
