Global Chief Information Officer

Dentons is seeking a Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the global technology function, drive strategic vision, and provide transformative leadership across a complex, multi-layered firm. This role will align technology strategy with global and regional business priorities, oversee cost-effective provision of shared services, and ensure security and regulatory compliance. The CIO will work closely with Global Governance and all Global Chiefs to manage budgets and billing structures.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a Target Operating Model for the firmwide Technology function(s).
• Lead and execute transformation efforts enabled by technology.
• Manage Global vendor contracts, billing processes, and performance accountability.
• Collaborate with the Global Chief Security Officer to embed security into all technology initiatives.
