Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Therapist

Reema Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve the behavioral healthcare needs of its members. The role will involve assessing and diagnosing behavioral health conditions, formulating treatment plans, and providing therapy and support to members. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in outpatient settings, a strong working knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based psychotherapy, and experience with underserved populations. The role is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, flexible schedules, and remote work options.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outpatient experience working with adults enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, or are dual-eligible
• 3+ years of experience in assessing, planning, and managing behavioral patient care
• Experience with underserved populations facing socioeconomic barriers to health care
• Excellent working knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based psychotherapy treatment for mental and chemical health conditions
