GTM Proposals Manager

ElevenLabs is a research and product company specializing in Audio AI and Conversational AI. They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an experienced GTM Proposals Manager to lead proposals for government agencies and large enterprise clients. This role involves end-to-end proposal development, managing multiple concurrent proposals, and ensuring adherence to procurement processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in proposal management, with significant government and enterprise focus
• Proven track record of winning large-scale technology proposals ($1M+ value)
• Deep understanding of the UK government procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Exceptional writer, storytelling and detail-oriented skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Knowledge of English-speaking cultures
