Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT asset management, preferably with Cisco technologies
Strong understanding of Cisco hardware/software lifecycle and support agreements
Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
Experience with inventory management tools and data reconciliation processes
Familiarity with Cisco software and hardware services
