The general range for this full-time position is $62,000 – 90,000. Salary offers will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, training and education.
Humane World for Animals, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, is seeking a Program Manager, Omnichannel Marketing for the Digital Marketing department. In this role, you will manage the development, production, trafficking, and organization of creative assets for digital advertising and acquisition initiatives, aligning these efforts with the organization’s advocacy and fundraising goals.
You will lead project management across the digital marketing team, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns. This includes managing creative development, asset production, timelines, budgets, and performance tracking. The position requires close collaboration with the Director of Omnichannel Marketing to ensure effective teamwork with internal teams and external partners, maintain campaign calendars and documentation, and drive process improvements. The Program Manager is vital in keeping projects on track, consistent with brand standards, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project and strategic support for specific projects within marketing and fundraising initiatives, with a focus on maintaining campaign calendars and coordinating the creative production process for paid media efforts;
- Leads creative direction; reviewing scripts, selecting footage, storytelling and providing feedback for creative assets that will compel, inform and engage various target audiences;
- Collaborate with the Director of Omnichannel Marketing to manage end-to-end campaign development—including scheduling, budget tracking, messaging, creative direction, and omnichannel collaboration opportunities;
- Maintains ongoing spreadsheets for online advertising campaign creatives. Manages online creative tests. Evaluates performance data and provides analysis with feedback and recommendations;
- Maintain and oversee campaign operations, including shared calendars, trackers, meeting notes, and marketing documentation. Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending workflow enhancements;
- Works closely with the digital advertising team and coordinates with digital marketing teams to write compelling and informative copy for cross-channel campaigns; including ad copy, donation page copy, advocacy alerts, etc.;
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Uphold alignment with brand guidelines, organizational goals, and established processes. Coordinate with media vendors and agencies to support paid media execution as needed;
- Maintains catalogue and directory of final creative assets;
- Deliver regular reports, recommendations, and project updates to the VP & Director of Omnichannel Marketing (Global) to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign success;
- Support the broader marketing and fundraising team by assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. This includes streamlining processes and implementing RAPIDs;
- Acts as liaison with internal stakeholders and external teams and agencies to ensure that digital advertising campaigns are successfully executed;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required;
- At least four (4) years of experience in digital marketing activities required, including Project Management;
- Demonstrated knowledge of online marketing and online trends, and familiarity social media and paid advertising techniques;
- Proven success in copywriting and storytelling which was used for fundraising or sales campaigns;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet use;
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
- International marketing experience desired;
- Strong work ethic that demonstrates initiative, a focus on quality, and good judgment;
- Interest in animal protection issues a plus.
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. Must be flexible to accommodate Eastern Time, as needed.
