About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Change and Learning Specialist to drive successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across Dentons. This role focuses on change management, stakeholder engagement, release readiness, and learning enablement, ensuring users effectively leverage SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to design communication strategies, translating technical updates into clear messages for diverse audiences.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans, tracking and assessing the effectiveness of initiatives for smooth adoption.
- Conduct training needs assessments and design engaging learning programs using various modalities.
- Partner with support teams to prepare release notes and maintain user documentation, ensuring alignment with system priorities.
- Design and deliver training experiences using instructor-led, eLearning, microlearning, and job aids, continuously improving based on feedback.
- Lead the development of multilingual content, ensuring accessibility and relevance for diverse audiences.
- Establish best practices for learning content management to maintain high quality and accessibility.
- Support go-live periods by facilitating smooth transitions and resolving outstanding issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, preferably in a global environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and strong grounding in change management principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust across stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, with certification in Change Management preferred.
- Strong background in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms, with proven success in designing and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and Agile project delivery methodologies is an advantage.

- Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments, with a detail-oriented approach to deliver high-quality outcomes.
