Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for global packaging solutions. The role focuses on securing new accounts, retaining existing ones, and expanding product sales through market engagement and relationship-building. This is a fully remote position based in Europe with regular European travel.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years market experience penetrating & closing large-scale medical packaging opportunities in Europe.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams to create sales plans.
  • Experience interpreting structured sales methods.
  • Experience with medical packaging design and validation requirements.
  • Experience in export and international sales.
