Sr. Product Manager (DentalPlans.com)

The Product Management team at DentalPlans.com is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution for the DentalPlans.com product and build out a full-fledged business and technical solution for dental professionals. This role involves working cross-functionally, defining roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and launching impactful products to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and customer focused.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering digital or e-commerce solutions
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, healthcare, insurance, or dental industries
• Understanding of CRM systems, call center operations, and web technologies
• Proficiency with modern digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end product lifecycle
• Ability to travel under 10%
• Office environment with no special physical demands
