As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology programs that support large-scale business objectives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations to define project scope, align strategy, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills — capable of driving multiple projects simultaneously in an agile, fast-moving environment. Accountabilities

  • Lead and deliver multiple technical programs from concept through deployment, ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives and executed efficiently.
  • Define and manage program scope, schedules, and deliverables, while coordinating cross-functional resources to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies and manage complex dependencies across teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical requirements, roadmaps, and performance reports.
  • Identify risks, issues, and blockers early; propose mitigation plans and ensure transparency through regular stakeholder updates.
  • Facilitate testing, go-live planning, and post-deployment reviews to ensure operational readiness and delivery assurance.
  • Support the continuous improvement of IT project management processes, frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with leadership to provide visibility into program performance, technical challenges, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT project or program management experience, managing concurrent technical projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proven success delivering enterprise-level IT initiatives.
  • Exceptional ability to anticipate business needs, manage critical paths, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
