Requirements
- Conduct telephone calls to contact payers and/or patients.
- Basic computer skills including navigating patient accounting applications.
- Access payer websites for data verification.
- Document claim statuses and actions taken.
- Maintain department productivity goals.
- Work with complex medical claim issues.
- Identify issues with payment and system configurations.
- Assist staff with training and techniques.
