Fast Moving & Proactive: This is not a task-based, hand-holding role. We need a dynamic self-starter who can operate with autonomy, quickly assess needs, and take initiative. The mission is to network, influence, and get things done through the leadership teams (LTs).
Strategic Operator: Able to work closely with GM -1 leaders to shape and deliver a learning strategy aligned to Geo business goals. This includes the confidence to challenge, advise, and lead thinking at a senior level.
Exec-Level Stakeholder Management: This person will have regular 1:1s with senior leaders, including the general manager and segment/function leads. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as perception of success in this role will be heavily influenced by executive feedback.
Clear Communicator: Must have exceptional communication skills – able to build awareness, drive behavioral change, and engage effectively with execs and field teams alike.
Business-Savvy: Ideally comes from a Red Hat sales background, with a solid understanding of how the sales org functions, how field roles work together, and how to navigate and get things done in a matrix environment.

You must reside in the Geo you are aligned to.
