In this role, you will shape the design and user experience of AI-powered products that interact with both customers and internal teams. You will lead the creation of intuitive, human-centered AI experiences, ensuring that interactions are seamless, transparent, and trustworthy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex AI capabilities into actionable, user-friendly designs. Your work will influence how AI agents, workflow assistants, and copilots are perceived and used, driving adoption and engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong UX expertise with a deep understanding of AI, responsible design practices, and the ability to iterate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Accountabilities:

The Sr. AI Product Designer will take ownership of end-to-end AI product experiences:

  • Design and define user experiences for AI-powered agents, internal copilots, and workflow assistants.
  • Create interaction patterns, visual designs, and prototypes that make AI interactions clear, intuitive, and engaging.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
  • Integrate responsible AI principles and governance requirements into design processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to ensure design is central to AI initiatives.
  • Contribute to design systems, toolkits, and knowledge-sharing practices to elevate AI UX standards.

Requirements

Candidates should bring extensive experience in UX and product design with AI-focused applications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles, with a portfolio demonstrating complex workflows and AI or conversational interfaces.
  • Expertise in designing for AI/ML applications, agent-based experiences, or conversational interfaces.
  • Strong end-to-end design skills, including interaction and visual design, prototyping, and storytelling.
  • Experience conducting user research to inform design decisions, particularly in ambiguous or novel problem spaces.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to translate functionality into user-facing experiences.
  • Understanding of responsible AI design and experience working in regulated or sensitive contexts.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Adaptable to fast-changing environments and evolving business and AI needs.
