Social Housing Business Consultant - Rents

NEC Housing Team is seeking an implementation consultant to support the team, based in Southern Ireland. This remote role involves expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system rents, gathering customer requirements, and providing training to customers. The position offers potential for career growth with future opportunities in the future subsidy module. The consultant will be involved in configuration, specification, policy documentation, and customer training.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Rents Management within the context of Social Housing
• Understanding of Differential Rents
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing Housing Management Systems or Housing Modules
• Demonstrable experience with requirements gathering
• Ability to consistently achieve positive customer feedback
• Full Driving License
• Flexibility to travel throughout Ireland
