As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that impact students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.

We are looking for English/Language Teachers with experience in the Ontario Curriculum to support the development of high-quality content for our Ontario English/Language offering for Grades 6-9.

In this contract-based role, you will thoroughly review lessons and closed end closed-question sets for DEI and CRRP alignment and provide clear, actionable feedback.

This opportunity might suit you if:

  • You have a strong background in supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the context of education
  • You have a strong understanding of the principles of culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy
  • You can review scripts and question sets for bias, stereotypes, representation and inclusive language and flag potential harm, missing perspectives or culturally insensitive assumptions
  • You can recommend specific edits that improve cultural relevance and responsiveness for students (Grades 6 to 9) and check texts for authenticity and appropriateness
  • You have at least three years of experience teaching within grades 6-9
  • You are experienced in peer-checking educational content and providing specific, actionable feedback to others
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with technology

The project will commence in mid-January 2026 and continue until Late June 2026. We require a commitment of approximately 10 - 15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Employment will be contract-based and payment will be based on deliverable items.
