NetSuite Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a Senior NetSuite Consultant / Solutions Architect who can lead high-impact financial workflows and post-go-live NetSuite support for fast-scaling clients. This role is client-facing and solutions-driven, ideal for someone who can align financial architecture with strategic business goals, particularly across Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Management.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement complex NetSuite financial solutions, with a focus on Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and Project Accounting
• Architect subscription-based and metered billing workflows, ensuring compliance with ASC 606
• Guide clients through multi-entity and intercompany setups, streamlining consolidation and financial reporting
• Configure Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules, and best-practice reporting
• Optimize Project Accounting modules for time tracking, milestone billing, and revenue recognition
• Lead system design sessions and workshops, and deliver client-facing solution demos
• Support integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara, CPQ systems)
• Provide strategic consulting on process optimization, automation, and future-state NetSuite architecture

✅ Who You Are

• 7+ years of NetSuite implementation/consulting experience, specializing in financial modules
• Proven expertise in ARM, SuiteBilling, Revenue Recognition, and Project Accounting
• Deep understanding of Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions
• Comfortable working with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
• Strong grasp of ASC 606 and revenue compliance best practices
• Confident leading discovery sessions and translating complex business needs into scalable NetSuite workflows
• Clear communicator who can break down technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders

🏅 Bonus Points For

• Prior experience in SaaS, subscription billing, or professional services
• Background in accounting/finance or CPA certification
• Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara, or Boomi
• Knowledge of international financial reporting and multi-subsidiary consolidation
