Senior Private College Counselor (PT or FT)

ESM Prep is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time College Coach to navigate the college admissions process for students with learning differences (LDs). This role involves supporting students with LDs and their parents, guiding them through the Common App, UT App, UC App, and SAT/ACT testing, and providing mentorship and social-emotional support. The role emphasizes a positive growth model and is ideal for a compassionate professional passionate about student development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of direct experience in college consulting or college admissions counseling
• Demonstrated expertise in the definitions, symptoms, and educational impacts of common learning differences (ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and Autism)
• Advanced understanding of the college search and application process
• Dynamic coaching personality
• Desire to mentor students
