Tide is seeking a detail-oriented, exploratory, and commercially focused CRM Executive to join their Paid Plans team. The role focuses on expanding the communication programme, driving performance metrics through automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to save time and money for small businesses. The position requires a hands-on approach with a strong understanding of CRM platforms and data analysis.
Requirements
- c.2-3 yrs of expertise in end-to-end CRM retention marketing management
- Proven results against targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Iterable, Hubspot, Braze)
- Experience with campaign data from BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
- Experience in segmentation and targeting
- A/B and MVT testing experience
- Solid communication and reporting skills
- Good Excel skills
- Experience with business reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
