We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our Cloud Sales & Renewals team, with a strong focus on driving business growth within existing client base and managing customer renewals.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Cloud solutions sales and renewals management
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in technology or cloud services
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, account management, and customer success practices
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast accurately, and drive performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Ability to work within a highly competitive, time pressure and complex environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives to drive strategic outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with field sales, product, and customer success teams
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth targets and customer retention
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
