Export Compliance Manager (EMEA)

Western Digital is seeking a Export Compliance Program Manager to support its Export Compliance program, enabling effective processes and controls in compliance with global export controls and sanctions. This role involves managing trade compliance, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to international regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for compliance and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required; graduate degree preferred
• 8+ years of direct export compliance experience
• Knowledge of APAC export controls and sanctions
• Solid understanding of China Dual Use and rare earths export controls
• Experience with US Export controls and sanction
• Experience with APAC export licensing, compliance agreements & assurances
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
