Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital ad or social media design (Meta/Facebook/Instagram strongly preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful static ads and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of digital ad formats and best practices
• Comfort iterating designs based on feedback
