Sofatutor is a digital learning platform supporting student and teacher growth with engaging video, interactive exercises, and educational materials. They are seeking a Team Lead Performance Marketing professional to lead their Paid and Organic Growth Team, taking full ownership of marketing channels and driving revenue. This is a remote, 32-40 hours/week position within the EU.
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience
- Data-driven mindset
- Proven track record of budget ownership
- Strong knowledge of SEO, marketing B2C subscriptions
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Experience in a leadership role
