As an Amazon Account Manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and success of our Amazon channel. This includes creating and executing a cohesive strategy for listing optimization, advertising, and customer engagement.

Research | 调研
Analyze the psychology of our target customer base: up-and-coming women and men who care about quality
Research the features, benefits, and unique differentiators of each product we advertise and capture attention immediately
Evaluate competitors and cross-industry trends in terms of concept, style, and key features
Compile and document reference ads and update a reference library of social assets, UGC, videos, and articles from competitors
Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listings in line with Amazon’s guidelines
Use keyword research to optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords
Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend listing changes
Plan and execute Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
Use data insights to recommend campaign improvements
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews professionally and promptly
Monitor feedback and use it to improve products and services
Collaborate with CS team to ensure customer satisfaction

Efficient and detail-oriented; delivers high-quality work on time
2+ years in Amazon ads and listing optimization
Strong portfolio of high-performing content (ads, videos, articles, etc.)
Must enjoy and be experienced with A/B testing; data-driven mindset
