OpenLoop is looking for a Head of Technical Recruiting to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Data. This is a strategic individual contributor role that combines deep recruiting execution with the ability to advise senior leaders on hiring strategy, market insights, and team design.
You’ll own technical recruiting end-to-end — from building talent pipelines for niche, high-demand roles to partnering with executives to shape how we attract, assess, and close world-class talent that supports the scalability of our digital health platform.
OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring healing anywhere. Our tele-health support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
