The Technical Customer Support Engineer (Tier 2) will be a member of the PairSoft Support team and responsible for handling software issues reported by clients.

The Technical Customer Support Engineer (Tier 2) will be a member of the PairSoft Support team and responsible for handling software issues reported by clients. This role involves escalating critical issues to senior team members, assisting clients with software updates, creating Knowledge Base articles, and providing support through various communication channels. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Product based Technical Customer Support.
  • Excellent in C#, ASP.Net, Visual Studio, Web Technologies, SQL Server, JavaScript.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with tools such as Postman, debug diag.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and provide detailed reproduction steps.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Self-Starter – ability to work autonomously.
  • Team Collaboration – Ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Highly motivated & self-driven
